Warrington Fire assists Doylestown at a Plane Crash

On 6/15/21 at 10:34 Tactical Box 19-28 was dispatched for a small plane crash on Charter Club Dr. Responding crews found a small plane that had crashed in the woods behind a residential neighborhood. Crews found active fire present and extinguished it using a combination of engines and brush trucks. Career staff on Rescue 78 along with Battalion 78 were requested into the scene to assist with the incident. Engine 29 staffed with volunteers, Chief 29 and Deputy 29 were requested to cover Doylestown Township as well as Warrington Township during the incident. Warrington crews were later released by Doylestown command.
