Today staff and volunteers handled a total of 5 fire calls and 1 EMS call throughout the day.

It started with a leaking propane tank at a business which was secured to properly be emptied, followed immediately by a fire alarm being activated due to a malicious pull on the other side of town. Once returned from the alarm R78 responded to a brush fire operating with Horsham Fire Company on County Line Rd.
Later in the day a dwelling fire dispatch was given for RT611 and Bristol Rd where responders found another brush fire. SS78 then handled a lift assist in the western part of town. Later in the evening another dwelling fire was dispatched with a reports of a grill on fire next to a house. The assignment was quickly held to Engine 29.
